What is remote online notarization?+
Remote online notarization (RON) lets you sign and notarize documents over a secure video call, from anywhere. Your identity is verified digitally, the session is recorded, and you receive your notarized documents electronically — no travel required.
What do I need for my appointment?+
Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) and your unsigned documents — documents must be signed in front of the notary. For online sessions, you'll also need a device with a camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection.
Which documents can you notarize?+
We handle affidavits, acknowledgments, apostilles, powers of attorney, and most other US legal documents, as well as complete loan packages from title companies and lenders. If you're unsure about a specific document, just ask before booking.
Do you offer same-day or mobile appointments?+
Yes. Same-day appointments are often available, and our mobile notary service can come to your home, office, or another convenient location. Call us to check current availability.
How long does a notarization take?+
Most single-document notarizations take 10–15 minutes once your identity is verified. Loan signing appointments typically take 45–60 minutes, depending on the size of the package.
Do you work with title companies and lenders?+
Absolutely. As experienced signing agents, we handle loan closings for title companies and lenders with accurate, error-free signings, flexible scheduling, and prompt document return.
